1. Are your artificial houseplants realistic?
Yes. Our artificial houseplants are designed to look as natural and lifelike as possible. We use high-quality materials, detailed leaf textures, and natural color variations to closely replicate real plants.
Many customers tell us guests cannot tell the difference.
2. What materials are the plants made from?
Our plants are made from premium synthetic materials such as:

Metal wire (for adjustable stems)
All materials are durable, long-lasting, and designed for indoor use.
3. Are the plants safe for pets and children?
Our artificial plants are non-toxic and safe for indoor environments.

Small decorative elements may pose a choking hazard for young children.

We recommend placing them out of reach of pets that may chew on objects.
4. Do the plants require any maintenance?
No watering, sunlight, or special care is required.
To keep your plant looking fresh:

5. Can I place the plants outdoors?
Most of our artificial houseplants are designed for indoor use.

6. How long does shipping take?
We currently ship only within Poland.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.
7. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
8. Can I return my order?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
